Many times, you try to do the right thing, but don’t see results, and give up.

The people who easily exercise and do the right things to get in shape and stay fit regularly do it because they love it. It’s largely in the mind. If you replace your subconscious mind with that of a person who enjoys exercise and fitness, you will naturally do the right things and form the right habits more easily.
